A Quantitative Model of the Multisubject Quality Responsibility of Construction Projects Based on an IPSO

In order to solve the problem of quantitative division multisubject quality responsibility in construction project disputes, this article proposes a model projects based on an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO). First, set classification guidelines for risk behaviors theory organizational behavior. Through these, interconnections between different types and defects were explored. Following this, explored potential laws among 84 practical judicial cases from China using IPSO. The category coefficients three behaviors, namely, technical defects, management violations, irregularities, obtained analysis. This also deduced mathematical expression engineering fuzzy established model. It was then simulated applied four cases. simulation results revealed that behavior has good applicability.
